Information we collect

This policy covers the AcadiPlus marketing website only. When you request a quotation we collect the details you enter in the form - your name, work email, position and your school's approximate student count - and, if you add them, your school name, phone number and a note. We also record basic technical metadata (IP address, browser, the page you submitted from and a timestamp) to prevent abuse of the form.

We use it only to prepare and send your quotation and to contact you about AcadiPlus - by email and, where you choose to continue there, on WhatsApp. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website.

How it is shared

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the service providers that operate this website and our email delivery - currently our hosting provider and NexoMailer, our transactional email service. When you click through to WhatsApp, your message is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp service under their terms. We may disclose information if required by law.

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on the website's own server in a file that is not publicly accessible. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, then delete them.
