When you request a quotation we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, work email, position, your school's approximate student count, and — if you choose to add them — your school name, phone number and a free-text note. We also record basic technical metadata with the submission (IP address, browser user-agent, the page you submitted from and a timestamp) to prevent abuse of the form.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this website. Your browser's local storage may hold small, non-identifying UI preferences.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this website and our email delivery (currently our hosting provider and NexoMailer, our transactional email service). When you click through to WhatsApp, your message is delivered through Meta's WhatsApp service under their terms.
Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored on the website's own server in a file that is not publicly accessible. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to follow up and for our legitimate business records, then delete them.
You can ask us to show you what enquiry data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@acadiplus.com and we will action the request.
This website is aimed at school administrators and decision-makers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them through it. Student data processed inside a deployed AcadiPlus instance is governed by the agreement with that school, not this policy.
